// who is Bruce Svenson
For years, I failed.
I did what everyone told me to do. Made the list. Pitched my mates. Followed the upline word for word. And for years, it didn't work. I blamed myself.
Then a bowling alley showed me what I was missing.
I bowled tenpin for years and I was okay. Then the centre manager said, "Why don't you get coached and see how good you could actually be?" A good coach showed me exactly what to fix. It felt worse before it clicked. Then it clicked. I became a scratch bowler. I've bowled twelve perfect 300 games.
I didn't get good because I tried harder. I got good because I learned the right things to do.
12 × 300perfect games, once I learned the right things
So I went and learned the right things for this.
Attraction marketing. Stop chasing people. Become someone worth finding, and teach the people who find you to do the same.
It worked. Today my team and the customers we've served are more than 60,000 people.
60,000+team and customers served
And here's the thing you should know about me.
I'm not a salesperson. I'm not one of those leaders who fires the team up every morning. I'm a normal person who uses discipline to get the same few things done every day. Which is why what I built had to work for normal people, not for the one in a hundred with the big personality.
// what I built
The missing piece was never more training.
I had the training. It built all of that. What I noticed was that success became repeatable the moment people stopped improvising and followed one process. The people who invented their own way mostly disappeared. The people who ran the same steps, the same way, stayed.
So I built it on the principle that makes a good franchise repeatable.
One repeatable process. One presentation. One follow-up method. One set of rules. Repeated the same way by ordinary people, instead of each person inventing their own business from scratch.
That's the whole idea. You don't have to be me. You have to follow the steps.
